I hadn’t thought of that, but you’re absolutely right.

And, further, some have suggested that “term limits” was a drastic way for California voters to get rid of Willie Brown. (I may lose my own Assemblyperson, but at least I’ll unseat the Ayatollah.)

Something I noticed long ago, When Mr. Brown went to Sacramento, The state was rich and Mr. Brown was poor. When he left Sacramento The state was poor and Willie was rich. And then he went to politics in San Francisco.
