I am the GGGrandson of Susan Lucinda Throneberry. I am trying really hard to piece together my family history. I really dont know too much, I would really appreciate some help with this project. I would really like to get some info regarding Green and Susan Drake/ Susan Throneberry.

Are you Steve Dimmick? I found your post here very interesting, as I’ve been trying to find out about our great great grandparents, Green and Susan Drake. My relatives tell us Susan was Cherokee…we could not find her in ANY records until now (yours)….can you elaborate. I suppose we are “cuzzins” down the line. We are in Alabama. Was Susan Lucenda and Susan Drake the same person? Thank you so much for your history lesson.
